Is the price all inclusive?

Yes, the price you pay for a package is all inclusive. The price includes the ice cream (unlimited service), sugar cones and extra confectionary - chocolate flakes, cafe curls, wafers, sprinkles and sauces. The only additional charge we can ask for is for fuel/travel costs if you are outside the area we cover. This is charged at 65p per mile.

How do I make a booking?

To make a booking, please fill out our contact form with the relevant details and we will contact you to discuss your individual requirements. We will then send you a booking confirmation form. You can also download a booking form here - …. but we advise phoning/emailing first to discuss your booking.

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my booking?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking, with the balance payment due 30 days prior to the day of the event.

What areas do you cover?

At present we cover everywhere within a 30 mile radius from Ringwood i.e. Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire. We are more than happy to travel further than this but do make an additional charge of 65 pence per mile for this to cover the petrol and extra travel time.

How many flavours can we have?

We limit the choice to four flavours as from experience this provides ample choice for guests. Please view the flavours page to see the full list available and a few photos to whet your appetite!

Some of my guests have allergies/are pregnant what can you do?

We always carry a full ingredient list for all our ice creams/confectionary and can tell you which contain gluten, celery etc. We always bring tubs as an alternative way to eat the ice cream/sorbets. None of the ice cream contains egg.  We can also bring ice lollies for people who cannot eat dairy.

Apart from weddings, what other events can you attend?

We are happy to attend any type of event – weddings, parties, festivals, fetes, carnivals, corporate events, open days, shows, proms, charity events…to name a few. When hosting an event for the public, we are able to charge per ice cream to each individual.

Can you serve our guests at our reception in the hotel?

Absolutely, we can serve wherever you wish, inside or outside. Our Ice Cream Bikes are fully mobile so we can reach most locations (access permitting).

How many guests can you cater for?

At present we can cater for up to 300 guests.

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes we have full public liability insurance with NCASS – the Nationwide Caterers Association.

Do you have food hygiene certificates?

We are fully trained in food hygiene and registered with New Forest District Council Environmental Health and are inspected annually.
